Bolton Swim & Tennis, Ltd., is a private, member-owned facility located in the heart of Baltimore's historic Bolton Hill neighborhood. For over 30 years, it has served the neighborhood as a tranquil oasis where members can gather to relax and play year-round and swim from May to September. The club is conveniently located near the heart of the cultural district of Baltimore. The grounds cover nearly three acres and include
- a six-lane, 25-meter swimming pool with diving well and separate children's wading pool
- four tennis courts
- children's playground with swings, climbing structure, and verdant picnic area (picnic tables and grills)
- shady poolside pergola and dining area
- bathhouse with showers and changing facilities
Organized activities include tennis tournaments, a swim team, an annual crab feast, and other parties.
Staff include a tennis pro and swim instructors. The facility is available for members’ parties as outlined in the events section.
The pool re-opens on Saturday, May 24, 2008.
