Private Parties

All events should be scheduled through the pool manager to avoid conflicts and ensure proper staffing.
Copies of the rules governing parties are available at the pool office and below.
All events must be conducted in a manner not disruptive to other members’ enjoyment of the Club.
All guests must be signed in on the sponsoring member’s guest sheet.
The pool and its grounds are not typically available for parties of any type on Sundays.
Parties that include rental of the entire facility require a rental fee of $180 per hour plus guard and guest fees. Such parties may begin no earlier than 8:00 p.m. The pool will be open to members until 9:00 p.m.
For office events (e.g. events in connection with a member’s work or professional responsibilities),
the member will be charged $7 per guest.
For all other events, members will be charged $3 per guest on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, and
$1 per guest Mondays through Fridays.
Members will be charged a fee of $75/hour for any event after 9pm.
No more than 50 persons may attend a member’s event.
No member’s event may last more than four hours.
Loudspeakers and electronically amplified music are prohibited. Music provided by live performers without electronic amplification is permitted, provided that it does not disrupt other members’ enjoyment of the Club.
