- All events should be scheduled through the pool manager to avoid conflicts and ensure proper staffing.
- Copies of the rules governing parties are available at the pool office and below.
- All events must be conducted in a manner not disruptive to other members’ enjoyment of the Club.
- All guests must be signed in on the sponsoring member’s guest sheet.
- The pool and its grounds are not typically available for parties of any type on Sundays. Parties that include rental of the entire facility require a rental fee of $180 per hour plus guard and guest fees. Such parties may begin no earlier than 8:00 p.m. The pool will be open to members until 9:00 p.m.
